We work with selected natural marble and travertine, including Kütahya Viola, Afyon Viola, Arabescato marble and Ivory Travertine. Availability depends on the design and current production.

Our objects are designed in Vienna and produced with specialist stone workshops in Italy or Türkiye, depending on the material and design.

The process combines precision machinery with hand finishing. CNC machinery establishes the main geometry, while curves, edges and surfaces are refined by hand. Each object is inspected before packing.

Marble and travertine are natural materials. Color, veining, mineral markings and pore structure vary from one part of the stone to another. These variations make each object individual.

Natural stone can contain veins, pores, mineral deposits, color changes, filled areas and natural fissures. Travertine naturally has an open pore structure.

These characteristics are different from damage caused during production or transport. Every object is inspected before leaving the workshop.

Use a soft damp cloth and, when needed, a small amount of pH-neutral cleaner suitable for natural stone. Dry the surface afterward.

Avoid vinegar, lemon-based cleaners, bleach, anti-limescale products, abrasive powders and scouring pads.

No. Marble and travertine objects should be cleaned by hand. Dishwasher detergents, high temperatures and prolonged water exposure can affect the surface and finish.

Many bowls and trays can be used for serving dry foods, fruit and snacks as well as for decorative use. Check the individual product description for product-specific guidance.

Avoid leaving citrus, vinegar, wine, oil or strongly pigmented foods directly on the stone for long periods.

Blot the liquid promptly, clean the area gently with warm water and a pH-neutral stone cleaner, then dry it well. Do not use vinegar, bleach, lemon or abrasive cleaners to remove a mark.

Natural stone can develop small signs of use over time. Gentle cleaning and prompt removal of spills help the object age well, but it should not be expected to behave like an unchanged synthetic surface.

Most in-stock object orders are prepared within two business days. If an item requires additional preparation or there is a delay, we will contact you.

Express delivery is available for selected destinations and products. When available, the option is shown at checkout. You can also contact us before ordering if you need a piece by a particular date.

Once the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Contact us as soon as possible. If the parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send clear photographs of the outer box, protective materials and affected item. We will work with the carrier and guide you through the next steps.

Eligible regular-price stock objects can be returned within the period and under the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy. The item must be unused and returned in its original condition and protective packaging.

We plan production to use stone efficiently and use suitable offcuts for smaller objects whenever possible.

We use recyclable cardboard and biodegradable cushioning where suitable, while still giving heavy stone pieces the protection required for transport.

Moving raw stone over long distances adds unnecessary transport before production begins. Producing close to the source reduces this movement and gives us access to workshops familiar with the material.
