Customers ordering tables from outside the EU do not need to take any action related to customs or import fees.

Objects (Delivered Duty Unpaid)

International object orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). 

This means:

• Prices displayed on our website do not include local VAT or import duties
• Any applicable charges are determined by local authorities
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon import

In most cases, the carrier handling the delivery will notify you in advance and allow online payment of any applicable duties and taxes before the package is delivered.

This approach allows us to keep international shipping for smaller objects fair and proportionate.

Customs Paperwork & Procedures

When you place an international order, we carefully prepare all the necessary customs documentation to help ensure your parcel clears customs smoothly.

For tables, customs clearance and import procedures are handled entirely by us.

For objects, your local carrier or customs office will contact you regarding any applicable VAT and/or import duties before final delivery.
