Objects and Tables
We work exclusively with carefully selected natural stone, including premium marbles and travertines sourced from established quarries in Italy and Turkey. Our materials are chosen for their structural integrity, distinctive veining, and long-term durability.
Each stone has its own character shaped by geological conditions and extraction methods. These natural variations are an essential part of the material and make every object unique.
You can learn more about the stones we work with in our Material Guide for Objects and our Materials for Tables pages.
Our objects and tables are crafted in specialized workshops in Italy and Turkey, regions with a long-standing tradition in stone processing and craftsmanship.
Our objects are produced in Italy and Turkey, while all tables are made exclusively in Italy. Production takes place close to the source of the stone, allowing for greater material control, shorter transport routes, and a considered approach to making each piece.
Read more about where and how our pieces are made on the How It's Made page.
Natural stones like marble and travertine vary in color, veining, and texture. We embrace these natural imperfections and variations, which make each piece truly one of a kind. The patterns and tones tell the story of the earth, making every object unique.
To keep your pieces looking their best, clean them with a soft, damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners. Consider periodic sealing to enhance durability and guard against moisture.
Absolutely. While many of our designs are often enjoyed as decorative accents, our marble and travertine pieces are also suitable for serving a variety of foods, from fresh fruits and appetizers to dry snacks.
However, we recommend avoiding direct contact with citrus fruits or highly pigmented foods such as strawberries or red wine, as they may stain the natural stone.
Sustainability
Sustainability is at the heart of our brand. We minimize our carbon footprint by producing our pieces in the same region where the stone is sourced, reducing long-distance transportation. We also use biodegradable packaging and do our best to utilize stone offcuts to reduce waste.
Read more about our sustainability practices on the Sustainability page.
We carefully plan our cuts to maximize each block of marble or travertine. Offcuts that might otherwise be discarded are transformed into smaller objects or accents, extending the life and use of the natural stone.
Yes! We use biodegradable peanuts and recyclable cardboard to protect our products during shipping, ensuring minimal impact on the environment.
Yes. We work with skilled producers and workshops in Italy and Turkey, regions with a deep-rooted tradition in stone craftsmanship. By collaborating closely with local partners, we support established craft practices, long-term working relationships, and the continuity of material knowledge passed down through generations.
Our approach is focused on responsible production, fair collaboration, and preserving the expertise required to work with natural stone at a high level.
